Pavarga 2025 Concludes with a Resounding Success at KLE’s S. Nijalingappa College – A Celebration of Talent, Skills, and Career Readiness

Bengaluru, May 12, 2025: The campus of KLE Society’s S. Nijalingappa College, Rajajinagar, came alive with energy, creativity, and career-driven conversations as Pavarga 2K25 wrapped up on May 11, 2025. Held under the inspiring theme “Let Your Spirit Soar,” the two-day intercollegiate fest brought together over 800 participants from institutions across Bengaluru and Karnataka for a dynamic blend of competitions, learning, and cultural celebration.

A standout moment of the fest was the Industry Integrated Career Connect Program, held on May 11, which drew an overwhelming response from students, parents, and educators. The highlight of the session was a thought-provoking panel discussion on “Essential Employability Skills for Freshers,” featuring industry veterans from Reliance Retail, Thomas Cook, Great Learning, IES, Cirrus Global Aviation Services, and the South India Chef Association. Panelists emphasized the growing need for adaptability, effective communication, critical thinking, and digital proficiency among today’s graduates.

The panel was followed by one-on-one career counseling sessions, offering students and their parents personalized guidance on navigating diverse career paths in sectors such as IT, fashion, aviation, business, tourism, and hospitality. The program proved to be a powerful bridge between academic learning and real-world expectations, empowering students with clarity and confidence as they step into their professional journeys.

Each of the five departments—BCA, BBA, FAD, TTM, and BHM—added unique energy to the fest with over 25 curated events including War of Glory, Dance-a-Thon, Attire Spectraa, Destination Decoder, and Clever Chef. Enthusiastic participation, innovative ideas, and healthy competition made the fest a memorable experience for all.
The grand finale came with an electrifying performance by indie rock band Traffic Jam, held exclusively for fest participants. The concert brought students together in a celebration of music, unity, and youthful spirit—closing Pavarga 2K25 on a high note.
Pavarga 2K25 not only celebrated student creativity and excellence but also set a new benchmark in integrating career readiness with campus life—truly letting every student’s spirit soar.
